**About the Role**:
You will work closely with our top internal customers - Communications, Trust & Safety, Insurance and Legal - to coordinate and facilitate case resolution according to support logic for high severity incidents while balancing external customer service, communications, expectations and demands.

**What you will do**:

- Lead a high volume caseload of IRT L1L2 and critical incident types.
- Provide thorough and detailed handover documentation of the initial information from the reporter so that the urgent investigations team can complete the investigation.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate high severity incident types.
- Learn and master multiple knowledge base and contact management systems.
- Adapt to day/evening/weekend rotas (incl. holidays).

**What you will need**:

- B2/C1 level of English is **required**
- ** Detail Oriented**: Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail.
- ** Naturally Curious**: Coach-ability, open to incorporating feedback, and dedication to improvement of your craft.
- ** Excellent Team player**: You collaborate internally or across functional/regional areas to get the best possible outcome partners/councils.
- ** An Owner**: Passionate and self-driven, you are deeply committed to taking Uber support to the next level and rise to the occasion to solve problems, big and small. You have the initiative to solve problems on your own.
- ** Exceptional communication skills**: Effective communicator, verbal & written.
- ** Stakeholder Management Skills**: Safety Experience at Uber - You understand safety and you have deep knowledge of your current market policies and process.
