We are looking to expand our Taste & Wellbeing Marketing team and have opened an exciting role of a 'Marketing Manager ' to focus on the vibrant markets of NAL region. You will be based in our Egypt office in 6ht of October City and will report to both Commercial Director for NAL and the dotted line to the Regional Innovation Head. It will offer excellent opportunities for development.

As a 'Marketing Manager ' in Givaudan, you will work for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day. Our experience with our customers - food and beverage companies and their brands - brings a new dimension to our Business to Business industry. You will work for the market leader that is at the forefront of innovation in an industry of emotions.

Market strategy - Doing the right things
Build in-depth market understanding of local customer brands and local market dynamics
Identify market needs and opportunities through external and internal analysis
Be a strategic partner for the Commercial Director and the Sales team on local strategy and planning.
Translate our strategy for NAL region and guide the development of a marketing action plan.

Promote customer centricity - With the right mindset
Improve customer-centric thinking and take the customer's perspective.
Develop close relationships with customers at country and regional levels.
Engage in customer briefs.
Ensure that customers know and understand our capabilities

Excellence in execution - Accomplished in the right way
Create the execution plan and implementation of the NAL region marketing strategy.
Build the Givaudan brand in the local market and ensure local marketing activity is consistent with Taste & Wellbeing division branding and positioning.
Adapt and deploy promotions, capabilities, and new ideas presentations according to local needs.
Plan and implement main local customers visits concerning marketing activities
Lead development of local brand concepts and present to target customers to improve profitable growth

Support Innovation efforts - By looking ahead
Lead innovation together with regional marketing and technical teams to deliver the next 'blockbuster' taste based on deep consumer understanding and product segment insights.
Lead the commercialization effort at a local level through partnering with the regional segment, technical and sales teams.
Ensure that products are relevant to the local markets concerning cost-effectiveness, profitability, and performance.
Partner with technical teams to deliver insightful customer presentations on new technologies for target customers.

You?
University degree in Marketing or related field
10 years of regional hands-on experience in a similar role within a multinational, multi-country environment
3+ years of experience in Food and Beverage or related industries.
Attention to results, customer-focused, with a serious willingness to excellence.
Analytical with an operational, structured, and working style.
Inspire with well-developed communications abilities.

**Well-developed storytelling skills**: excellent in developing and delivering compelling presentations.
English Language fluency.
Egyptian Nationality required
