**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a skilled and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to join our Egypt-based remote team.

In this role, you’ll independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts for multiple clients. You’ll be responsible for campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and performance reporting across platforms — driving real results and ROI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically create, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Write engaging, high-performing ad copy and collaborate on creative assets
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximize ROAS
- Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
- Track conversions accurately and analyze data to make informed decisions
- Prepare weekly reports with clear performance insights and action items
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Egypt
- Fluent English speaker (written and spoken fluency is essential)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of PPC metrics and optimization techniques (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM)
- Proficiency in:

- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Strong reporting and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Egypt Time)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video)
- Experience managing eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with landing page optimization, tracking setup, and CRO
- Experience with TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads is a bonus
