- Baseline plan
- Time Schedule Actual Updates
- Histograms
- Resource planning
- Planning scenarios ppt.
- Narrative Reports
- Analyze Progress Reports
- Monthly Update Insource
- Tracking Units from drawing till arrival at the station
- Monthly update report to the client
- Weekly update report to the client
- Daily update report to the client
- Meetings with planning departments
- Send, received and tracking the letters
- Send, received and tracking transmittals
- Send, received and tracking MIR
- Send, received and tracking RFI
- Send, received and tracking IR
- received and tracking PO Subcontractors, bills.
- Delay analysis documents
- EOT Claims
- Dates to generate Cash Flow.
- Dashboards
- Tracking for the damage report from site
- Tracking the claims will sent to the factory

**Mobility needs you****:

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering in construction project management or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in construction management.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Experience based on Primavera P6 required.
- Excellent knowledge of preparing the EOTs claims.
- Excellent command of English.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)

Certifications in project management (such as PMP or IPMA) are often preferred
