Your role is pivotal – you'll elevate your team's skill set, ensure the smooth running of our supply operations, and leave a lasting impact on our manufacturing process. • Manage timelines and create time plan for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) and cost saving projects
• Collaborate with Factories activity managers. Marketing teams, regulatory teams and R&D to ensure the right implementation of projects
• Establish, communicate and continually manage project expectations and progress with team members and key project stakeholders via meetings, presentations and monthly status reports.
• Define project assumptions, gather necessary data, and good reporting for all stakeholders of the project-Resolve conflicts and build strong working relationships within the project teams.
• Support projects manger in managing Mega projects

• Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.
• A strong track record of leadership and team management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees.
• Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement.
• Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
