**About the Role**:
Eagles Point Security, a leading security services provider based in the USA, is hiring full-time **Operations Center / Dispatchers** to join our newly established Cairo-based support office in **Naser City**. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling backend operations, taking phone calls, logging activity, and generating reports in support of our US operations.

We are looking for **motivated individuals with strong English skills**, the ability to multitask, and a passion for working with diverse cultures and nationalities. This is a critical support role that offers growth potential and a long-term career path within a U.S.based company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and manage inbound calls from the U.S.
- Log incidents, activity, and shift reports accurately
- Communicate with field officers and supervisors
- Assist in coordinating operations and dispatching security personnel
- Maintain organized records and perform data entry
- Collaborate with a U.S. operations team in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with various software and reporting tools
- Passion for working in a cross-cultural, international setting
- Must be able to pass an interview with our U.S. headquarters HR team
- Immediate availability preferred
