Position Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a secure and scalable network architecture.
- Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and enforce IT security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Threat Detection & Risk Mitigation: Monitor network traffic, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive threat prevention measures.
- Firewall & Access Control: Manage firewall configurations, VPNs, endpoint security, and access control to prevent unauthorized access.
- Incident Response & Recovery: Develop robust disaster recovery and incident response plans to minimize downtime and mitigate security breaches.
- Cloud & Data Security: Ensure cloud environments, data centers, and internal networks are protected against cyber threats.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to ISO, GDPR, NIST, and other security frameworks relevant to business operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, Operations, and Compliance teams to align network security with business objectives.
- Technology Upgrades: Evaluate and implement new security technologies to enhance infrastructure resilience.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor IT security professionals, fostering a security-first culture across the organization.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network security, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with network protocols, cloud security, and penetration testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory management. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, CEH are preferred.
- Experience with SAP security and enterprise IT systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to handle security incidents effectively.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
