We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Associate to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for social media, a keen eye for design, and an ability to connect with audiences, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design engaging and visually appealing grid layouts for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with client branding and campaign goals.
- **Reels Production**: Develop short-form video content (Reels) that captivates audiences, incorporating trends, music, and effective storytelling.
- **Idea Generation**: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose fresh, creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and content themes.
- **Post Scheduling**: Manage the scheduling and timely posting of content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
- **Engagement**: Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
- **Analytics**: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Some experience with social media management, either through internships, freelance work, or personal projects.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
