Social Media Specialist

About us:
Metas is a pioneer research & development firm that provides practical Technological solutions for companies, real estate and individuals.

We develop our own selling services using a proprietary formula that combines architectural, urban, art, computer science, and information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop, plan, and create engaging content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring content is regularly updated and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, followers) to assess performance and suggest improvements.
- Trends & Insights: Stay up to date with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Brand Advocacy: Monitor and manage online reviews and user-generated content to enhance the company’s reputation and build brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

- 1-2years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics s a plus.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
