**Job Brief**:

- Design and own end-to-end the Last-mile unit costs strategy to meet both commercial requirements
- Managing everything related to last-mile delivery cycle, including in-house and franchise teams
- Maintain all HR-related aspects of the last-mile fleet team including hiring new drivers nationwide
- Responsible for last-mile delivery team SLA success ratio
- Manage and improve fleet management practices, team and cost of operation
- Managing cash flow cycle between last-mile delivery teams, pharmacies and partners
- In charge of on-ground drop visits and mystery shopping programs to ensure the quality of service

**Job Requirements**:

- University Degree in related field.
- 5+ years experience of logistics operations and last mile delivery in Egypt is required
- Process oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Data oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Team player with effective communicate effectively with other in-house team
- Excellent team management skills specifically with last mile delivery teams
- Dynamic and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of the last mile and logistics market in the Egyptian market
