Senior DevOps/infrastructure Engineer

**About the Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Architect, implement, and maintain **scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure** across AWS and on-premise environments.

- Lead containerization and orchestration strategy using **Docker** and **Kubernetes**, ensuring deployment, scaling, and security best practices.

- Design and manage complex **networking solutions**, including VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, **PrivateLinks, Direct Connect, and AWS Secure VPN setup**, as well as hybrid cloud connectivity.

- Develop and maintain **infrastructure-as-code for scalable, multi-region infrastructures using multilevel Terraform and Terragrunt**, ensuring modularity, version control, and automation.

- Implement **monitoring, observability, and alerting** for all infrastructure components, with a mindset of proactive issue detection and response.

- Collaborate with development, security, data teams to ensure smooth production releases.

- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers on best practices across cloud, networking, DevOps, and monitoring disciplines.

- Ability to build deep context across multiple domains (Infrastructure, development, security, operations) to design cohesive, scalable DevOps solutions.

- Drive DevOps initiatives by connecting technical, business, and operational perspectives to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure delivery.

**What You'll need**:

- Strong hands-on expertise in **AWS services** (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, networking services).

- Solid understanding of **networking concepts** (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing) in cloud and on-prem environments.

- Proven experience in **designing and implementing DevOps strategies and infrastructure roadmaps**.

- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation.

- Experience with **CI/CD tools** such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

- Knowledge of **security best practices and fintech compliance standards**
