Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain network and system infrastructure in a hosted

datacenter environment.

* Perform Linux system administration, ensuring performance, security, and

availability.

* Configure and manage firewalls, WAF's, VPNs, load balancers, identity

management, and authentication solutions.

* Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving

issues.

* Establish and enforce security best practices, vulnerability scanning, and hardening

for all app and infrastructure components.

* Manage patching, upgrades, and backup/recovery strategies.

* Support DevOps workflows and CI/CD infrastructure as needed.

* Contribute to infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices

to improve system automation and reduce manual intervention.

* Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, security, and risk teams to ensure

alignment on architecture and operations.

* Participate in compliance and audit readiness (e.g., FRA/CBE, PCI DSS, ISO

* Troubleshoot issues in development, staging, and production environments and

provide solutions to improve system reliability.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

* At least 4-5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.

* Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Stack, Datadog).

* Hands-on experience with security best practices in network infrastructure,

servers & virtualization, DevOps, including managing access controls, identity

management, and vulnerability scanning.

* Experience with scripting using Python, Bash, and automation platforms such as

Ansible.
