As an **Operations Intern**, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the growth and optimization of the **DiDi Mobility Driver Platform** in Egypt. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience managing critical tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to cross-functional projects under clear guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced working environment.

Role Responsibilities:

- **Monitor performance** of one of the company’s most impactful **driver acquisition channels** to ensure sustained growth and optimal results.
- **Support incentive management**, including the **design, configuration, and performance tracking** of incentive schemes to align with business objectives.
- **Oversee payment processes** to ensure **accuracy, compliance, and timeliness** in fund disbursement related to operational activities.
- **Assist with offline acquisition workflows**, providing hands-on operational support when needed to ensure smooth execution.
- **Analyze data and performance metrics** to evaluate project outcomes, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize acquisition strategies.
- **Contribute to cross-functional initiatives**, including the rollout of new driver app features, incentive mechanisms, and performance monitoring frameworks.
- **Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects** with a proactive, results-driven, and “can-do” attitude to continuously add value to the business.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mandarin Chinese, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics**, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated **growth mindset**, with a passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and taking initiative in new challenges.
- **Strong communication and negotiation skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- A **proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven** approach, with a willingness to take ownership of diverse tasks to support team objectives.
- Solid **analytical foundation** and proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**; familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.
- **SQL** experience is an advantage but not required.
- **Chinese language skills** are a plus.
