**We are looking for a BI and Data Warehouse Developer** **to join our Technology Team**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Developer with strong DBA skills to join our dynamic team. As a BI and Data Warehouse Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a professional who is passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

**What will you be doing?**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient data models.
- Design and develop robust ETL processes using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Pentaho PDI (Pentaho Data Integration).
- Implement and optimize data warehouse solutions based on the Kimball approach, ensuring conformed dimensions, star schemas, and incremental loading.
- Utilize a strong understanding of T-SQL and stored procedures to create efficient data retrieval and transformation processes.
- Perform database administration tasks, including performance tuning, index optimization, and ensuring data integrity.
- Work closely with business users to provide insightful data visualizations and reports using tools like QlikView and QlikSense.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our data warehouse environment.

**We are looking for you if you have**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and database administration.
- Expertise in the Kimball approach and dimensional modelling principles, with a deep understanding of star schemas, slowly changing dimensions (SCDs), and conformed dimensions.
- Proficiency in T-SQL, SQL Server, and experience in creating efficient stored procedures for data retrieval and transformation.
- Strong experience in ETL development using SSIS and/or Pentaho PDI, with a focus on performance optimization and data quality.
- Knowledge of data virtualization tools such as QlikView and QlikSense, and the ability to create compelling visualizations and reports will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in database administration tasks, including performance tuning, index optimization, and data integrity management.
- Advanced knowledge of Telco industry data, metrics, and business processes will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
