At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to improve the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future. **Main Purpose of Job** - Nestle product classification for all OPCs - Spend control of custom duties - Project Management: Recipe reviews & new product development **A DAY IN THE LIFE ** **PERSONNEL** - Functional expertise in international product classification - Functional expertise in free trade agreements & import regulations - Build capabilities within the invoice controlling team to validate customs declarations & service provider invoices - Project Management: new products classification & recipe reviews - Functional expertise in regional custom clearance **Performance** - HS codes review of existing portfolio of SKUs per category & country - HS Code classification of new SKUs & SAP maintenance - Spend control & validation of custom duties in MENA - System maintenance of correct classification - Project Management: timely execution to ensure on-time launch of new products & existing portfolio review - Service provides invoice validation & payment on-time **REPORTING** - HS codes Compliance - Cost saving in custom duties - Payment on-time **What will make you successful** - Fluency in English is a Must - Aware of International laws and Regulations governing: - Imports & exports - Customs - Experience with Harmonized Standard Codes (HS) codes and Free Trade Agreements - 5-8 years of Experience in relevant International Trade / Import / Export / Customs Clearance - Knowledge of SAP transactions related to shipment tracking & execution - Knowledge in best practice, principles and regulation of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment - Expert knowledge in Nestle category SKUs, classification - Expert knowledge in Import/Export & Customs Clearance - NCE and lean concept - Strong knowledge of ""Material Handling"" Best Practice and SAP WMS (or at least other
