**Your Role in Our Growth Journey**:
As the Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing content creation, ensure SEO optimization, and manage content distribution while focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to create high-quality, performance-driven content that delivers measurable results.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**: Develop and implement content strategies that align with the marketing objectives of B2B clients, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
- **SEO and Keyword Optimization**: Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines, incorporating SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing strategists, designers, and other team members to create cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- **Lead Generation Focus**: Create content tailored to B2B audiences that nurtures leads through the marketing funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
- **Client Communication**: Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and provide regular updates on content performance and strategy adjustments.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of content creation experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in creating and managing B2B content across various formats and channels.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling content that resonates with B2B audiences.
- Experience managing content calendars, projects, and teams, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
