**The Role**

The GRO plays an integral role within the HR and administration team. The role requires efficiency, organisation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and a sound understanding of government processes across Egypt.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and give regular updates on the Egyptian Labor Law to keep the HR team well informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
- Support HR Team in processing all new residencies and work permits for expats to guarantee that they are handled and processed on time.
- Renew and update all residencies and work permits to guarantee records are kept up to date in the labour and Immigration Departments.
- Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of work permits for expats.
- Visit offices for signatures, document collection and drop-off to ensure high level of service.
- Visit Social Insurance Authorities to ensure Savills Egypt employees are socially insured on time.
- Liaise with HR and administration team members across the business.
- Visit any of our company offices as and when required and instructed for work purposes.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or law
- Fluent English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Clear and concise telephone manner
- Patience and calmness under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently with prioritisation
- Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Flexibility to prioritise urgent cases and enquiries from the HR team
