**Requirements and responsibilities**

**Requirements: -**
- Transfer technical input into readable, easy understandable content / topics with the right text and illustration mix for your target audience. Brief technical illustrators
- Works closely with Subject Matter Experts, developers, and other teams to obtain a deep understanding of products and services, to translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content.
- Addresses and rectifies errors that were identified by team members in technical content. Incorporates basic changes to technical content from senior team member, SME, and/or reviewer feedback, with guidance.
- Helping in making instructional videos, produce content, design program workflow and measure the effectiveness of the program.
- Restructuring raw content into concise and engaging eLearning modules whilst coordinating with Senior team members and SMEs.
- Develop creative scripts for videos and engaging storyboards for e-learning modules (Courses, Videos, Simulations, Scenarios, etc), ILTs
- Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis to evaluation.

Preferred qualifications
- Very good understanding of technical writing concepts
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated understanding of systems design, development, and implementation
- Experience writing technical documentation (user guides, product guides, playbook, architecture diagrams, etc) for the software development team.
- Ability to work as a business system analyst.
- Proficient in Atlassian Confluence.
- Jira experience (Admin Knowledge is preferred).
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills with leadership and customers (leadership and customer interaction is required).
