**Role of a Sales Representative**
- Work Remotely from anywhere in your city
- No fixed working hours - you have the flexibility to manage your own schedule as long as you actively engage with potential clients and achieve your sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients in your city.
- Present and promote customized logo door mats to businesses and individuals.
- Close deals and manage client relationships.
- Collaborate with our team for back-office support.

**Salary & Compensation Package**:
**Fixed Salary** $1,000 per Month
- 15% on monthly sales exceeding $20,000
- 10% on monthly sales of $15,000 - $19,999
- 7.5% on monthly sales of $10,000 - $14,999
- 5% on monthly sales of $5,000 - $9,999

An additional $1,000 for every $5,000 in sales beyond $20,000.

**Earnings Calculation (Example $28,000 in Sales)**:

- Commission: $28,000 x 15% = $4,200
- Performance Bonus: $1,000 (since sales exceed $20,000)

**Total Monthly Earnings = $6,200**
(Fixed Salary $1,000 + Commission $4,200 + Bonus $1,000)
