**About the role**

The purpose of the role is to lead all procurement activities within North Africa and support middle east whenever needed.

**What you will bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Fluency of Arabic and French is a must and good English.
- 5-7 years’ experience in sourcing / procurement function, with experience of tenders, negotiations, savings planning & savings achievement, and contract negotiations.
- Experience of the FM market.
- Supply chain principles, procedures and methods.
- Supplier performance improvement tools & techniques.
- Arabic, French fluency is a must.
- Proven experience in Procurement with a track record of achievement
- Experience in leading and conducting negotiations for contracts in North Africa.
- Able to plan and manage multiple tasks.

**What you will be doing**

You will be responsible for the following:

- Manage and execute tenders, negotiations, and RFPs to support business objectives and secure best pricing.
- Identify and Source new vendors per category across the region and ensure that, vendor can meet our standard and requirements.
- Lead supplier contract negotiations and assist contract team to create and finalize the contract.
- Act as a point of escalation for supplier issues - performance and commercial.
- Manage transitions of new customer accounts, to meet the commercial and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with operation team to achieve savings targets by optimizing procurement processes, negotiating better terms, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
- Assist the projects team with new bidding processes and negotiating award terms and conditions.
