**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to Turkish-speaking users via live chat.
- Handle product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem solving.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Meet established performance metrics and quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Fluent or native-level Turkish**, with strong English proficiency.
- No prior experience required; **fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with professionalism and reliability.
- High school diploma required; **Bachelor’s degree preferred**.
