**Development: Develop and refine the data strategy in alignment with the client's businesses and his strategy's mission and goals. Conduct environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, and other strategic assessments to inform decisions.**
- **Oversight: develop the initiatives and projects and guide how to execute the strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives and monitoring progress towards achieving strategic goals.**:

- **Engagement: Prepare all the requirements and templates that you need for building the strategy in the meeting with stakeholders. also engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, build consensus, and foster collaborative relationships that support strategic objectives.**:

**Requirements**:
