**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting company visitors and walk-ins in an appropriate and professional manner
- Welcoming and assisting new hires on their first day and directing them to their onboarding process and location
- Answering outcoming calls and handling them in an appropriate and professional manner
- Delivering administrative reports to the Administration Manager
- Maintaining and arranging requested meeting room bookings and making the needed arrangements
- Performing general clerical duties, including, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintaining a hard copy and an electronic filing system when needed
- Handling and signing for any courier packages and making necessary distributions
- Continuously helping improve the departmental performance by introducing new, applicable, and profitable ideas and initiatives and creative problem solutions
- Performing any other responsibilities assigned to them by the company
**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 0-2 years of relevant administration experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent computer skills
- Microsoft Office skills
