Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our on-site team in Cairo. The Receptionist will handle reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. The role also involves supporting clerical tasks, maintaining a well-organized front desk, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff alike. This position serves as the first point of contact for the organization, offering high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including handling calls and welcoming visitors.
- Strong Clerical Skills, such as organizing files, managing schedules, and maintaining a well-organized office space.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and clients.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
