Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling routine clerical tasks, and greeting clients and visitors professionally. Key responsibilities include answering and managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and offering administrative support to the office staff.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
Competence in clerical skills including filing, organizing, and record-keeping
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional attitude and appearance
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
