**Recruitment - Partner - Commission-Based Role**:
Join Comprehensive Business Services (CBS) Sales department as a Recruitment Partner and play a role in search for new clients and successfully win new clients and bring Job Openings cleint only on Saudi Arabia.
As a Commission-Based role, you will have the opportunity to earn based on your performance and dedication.
This is a commission-based position and Employee will not receive a base salary.
Until The First (Two month) afterward we will plus benefits and career path will be issued (Based on your performance and dedication)

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
**Job Requirements for Recruitment Partner Commission-Based Role at Comprehensive Business Services (CBS) in the Sales Department**:
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques
- Understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Willingness to work on a commission-based structure
