Responsible of equipment installation, systems at client's site. ensuring that all new machinery and equipment are fitted properly and function at optimum capacity to meet the client's needs
- Assist in controlling the complex Pneumatic and the hydraulic systems.
- Receive project requirements and system specifications from the Team Leader based on international standards, industrial requirement and regulations.
- Making commissioning plans using detailed drawings.
- Preparing commissioning estimates and budgets.
- Creating accurate project specifications, assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality
- Creating commissioning technical reports.
- Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues
- Integrate the system and perform initial and field tests.
- Full training for client’s engineers and technicians about the full system operation and maintenance.
- Review and report the documentation updated parts required
- Attend coordination/ kick-off meetings as necessary.
- Assist in investigating the cause of equipment and system failures and fix them.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Assist in implementing Quality Management system (ISO 9001:2015)
- Follow all HSE Requirements.

- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.

**Technical Skills**:

- Programing skills any type of PLCs using any type of the standard IEC 61131-3 (LD, FBD, ST, IL and SFC) and can use C language as well.
- Can manage the best sequence of the machine operation to get the optimum cycle time (machine time analysis).
- Excellent skills in all of motion control technologies (servo drives setting and the proper control mode).
- Excellent knowledge in full picture of the safety concept to make the machine secure for human usage.
- Excellent knowledge in the full picture of vision system control.
- Has a background of the industrial data network (ETHERCAT, PROFINET, POWERLINK, CC LINK).
- Engineering knowledge of defined requirements and validation of component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements, testing, and validation.

**Education**:
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
