**Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented**

The Testing & Commissioning Manager for the consortium is responsible for coordinating the testing and commissioning activities related to the consortium scope and to support the team allocated to each line.

The T&C Manager is responsible to work with the customer and his representative, with the certification body to define and agree the verification and validation strategy.
- Supports in maintaining the project-wide Project Data Structure database and the corresponding guidelines and ensures that it is consistently applied throughout all relevant processes and tools across the project
- Administrates the collaboration platform Oracle Aconex, establishes use cases and workflows, provides user support and collaborate with all stakeholders participating in the platform
- Establishes relevant procedure and guidelines on project collaboration
- Provides regular guidance to the project team on project-wide data storage and information sharing
- Supports in the administration of the Project Insight Board
- To lead and coordinate the safe and efficient execution of the system integration testing required to verify and validate the performance of the blue, green and red line systems on behalf of the SOAC consortium. This will enable to receive the Taking over certificate and allow the customer to perform the Trial Running and Trial Operations phases with a view to facilitating the timely opening of the three high speed Line for passenger service.
- Support the line T&C Manger to lead and plan prescribed integration tests across all railway sub systems including Signaling, Train, Customer Information Systems, Radio, Communications, Driver Only Operation and Power.
- Chip in to Identify gaps, risks and hazards in the testing undertaken strategy.
- Identify and carry out the T&C strategy needed to achieve the overall system certification.
- Reviewing and approve integration test scripts on behalf of the consortium
- Clarifying T&C related issues at interfaces between the Subsystems (Package 2)
- Supporting to the integration of the Subsystem T&C activities
- Performing or participating in Test reports reviews
- Attending the meetings where requested.
- Providing weekly progress and status report for the area under their responsibility

**Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid**
- Degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or electrical power engineering
- Extensive professional experience in rail transport systems, ideally in the systems business, with the focus on railways systems
- Specialist knowledge in the areas of ERTMS deployment and mainline environment.
- Independent and structured approach to work
- High level of customer and quality orientation together with strong abilities in consulting and implementation
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills
- Project experience in the context of international customer or development projects desirable
- Experience of testing & commissioning of rail systems
- Experience of signaling testing including writing test scripts
- Experience of planning and carrying out tests on site
- Experience of system integration
- Experience of major infrastructure projects
- Experience and detailed knowledge of testing and commissioning into service complex railway systems including power, signaling & train, and interfacing sub systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and influence. Able to be assertive without causing unnecessary conflict, and to interact and communicate optimally with people.
