A Finishing Engineer should handle finishing works in the assigned project/s.
- Coordinates program activities design to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. through life cycle of project.
- Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants and resolves problems in the area of finishing’s to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.
- Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers.
- To implement and ensure the maintenance of quality management systems for projects.
- To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
- To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports, defects if any.
- To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness.
- To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
- To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work
- To prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Performance other related required by higher management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree qualified: Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or Architectural or any Construction related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in finishing works.
- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large showroom and/or commercial projects encompassing civil/structural works.
- This position requires all-round professional ability and self-motivation. You will be required to perform duties diligently to the quality standards set by the Client and be committed to their implementation and continuous improvement at all times.
- Establish a system to ensure collaborative problem solving with the site delivery team, which will involve regular dialogue with contractors, team working, and risk-sharing.
- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally.
