**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform technical services and/or integrated solutions’ projects.
- Preparing technical documentations for projects and handling projects requirements.
- Contacting with customers for any questions or problems from his side and handling them.
- Collecting and analyzing needs, followed by researching and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Perform the hands-on work required to build, configure, test, and deploy the agreed technical solutions.
- Study all technical certifications required to best serve our customers and be up to date with new technology trends in the market.
- Support the Commercial team when required technical information.
- Assist in the execution of POCs when needed.
- Align with the Commercial team about the services we have in our portfolio and update them regularly on the new products and solutions knowledge.
- Handling value added services towards segmentation concerning products and solutions consultation, technical presentation services and assessments.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Holding Storage & Disaster recovery Solutions Dell/EMC Certifications
- Proficient understanding of Failover and Disaster Recovery
- Must be familiar with designing enterprise wide backup/storage solutions, modification to existing
- backup/storage configurations, and evaluating new backup/storage technologies.
- Strong knowledge of backup - DellEMC, (IBM Spectrum Protect is a plus)
- Demonstrated planning, designing, and deploying competencies with Dell EMC XtermeIO, Isilon.
- Demonstrated planning, designing, and deploying competencies with Dell EMC Data Domain, Networker and RecoverPoint disaster recovery solutions.

**PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS**:

- EMC Implementation Engineer, RecoverPoint/SE
- EMC Implementation Engineer, Data Domain
- EMC Implementation Engineer, Networker
- EMC Implementation Engineer, Isilon
- EMC Implementation Engineer, XtermeIO

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with Backup, Storage and Servers
