Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily, weekly and monthly governance of vulnerability reduction within PepsiCo
- Collaborate with Information Security organization to identify initiatives, develop remediation strategies, and report on vulnerability reduction
- Govern agent health against CMDB inventories
- Ensure proper communications and update of patching schedules
- Monitor for vulnerabilities, remediation, and threats
- Govern vulnerability remediation prioritization for Europe & PGCS
- Oversee the testing of patches
- Govern the deployment of vulnerability remediation
- Govern automated deployment of patches
- Verify vulnerability remediation through vulnerability scanning and reporting
- Partner with support to address knowledge, incident, and request management for Server Patching
- Share responsibility in resolving issues using best practice ITIL incident/problem management processes
- Partner with business, IT backline teams and other technology partners to prioritize security patching of critical global infrastructure
- Leverage cooperative relationships with IT, Information Security, Application teams, and external partners to address complex business and technical issues
- Partner with external vendors to ensure PepsiCo expectations and needs are met
- Partner with infrastructure and/or IT support team management (App, OS, DB, Network) to ensure the number of high and critical vulnerabilities is reduced on servers
- Govern infrastructure security standards for global server patching
- Provide frequent updates, reports and communication to stakeholders
- Provide quality assurance of services and ensures the team meets expectations
- Ensure alignment with global processes and standards
- Ensure compliance with key vulnerability and security controls
- Strong ITIL Process Skills - Incident Management, Problem management, Change management, Configuration management
- Demonstrate proficiency in Operating Systems and securing of OS through patching and configuration management

Qualifications:

- (preferred) Experience with Windows Server (v2003 - v2019)
- (preferred) Experience with Linux (SUSE/Red Hat) and Unix (AIX/HP)
- (preferred) Experience with patch management deployment to Windows Servers using IBM BigFix or similar experience with system management tools (e.g., SCCM)
- Experience supporting complex technical solutions
- Experience supporting technical audience in high-availability critical environments
- An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business
- Partnering with cross-functional business and technology teams to prioritize requirements, issues, possessing the depth and breadth of knowledge in technology in order to execute and support project deliverable

**Preferred Skills**

Strong knowledge of common security systems and tools
- Ability to present technical information in a non-technical manner, multi-task, set priorities, and meet project deadline
- An ability to effectively influence others to modify their opinions, plans or behaviors
