**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash with care.
- Maintain stock levels by assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their sales efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers.
- Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for assisting customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
