**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Deployments**

Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of IT solutions. Deliver on-site customer training and conduct product demonstrations to ensure successful adoption.
- **Technical Knowledge Maintenance**

Continuously develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and related technologies.
- **Implementation Assistance**

Participate in the implementation of new systems and technologies, working under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure best practices are followed.
- **Team Collaboration**

Work closely with senior engineers on various IT projects, gaining practical experience and learning from their technical expertise.
- **System Monitoring & Troubleshooting**

Monitor system performance and proactively identify, report, and resolve potential issues to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maadi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
