Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems infrastructure. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support, and performing system administration duties. The engineer will also collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective system operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Install, configure, and maintain servers and operating systems (Linux / Windows).


• Monitor network performance and ensure stable internal connectivity.


• Manage user accounts and access permissions.


• Maintain system security, protect against threats, and ensure data integrity.


• Perform regular backups and implement recovery plans.


• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.


• Monitor system performance and propose improvements.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in system administration.


• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server environments.


• Solid understanding of network security, firewalls, and Active Directory.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
