Sr. Supervisor, Site Recovery

**Purpose of the job**
- Managing Converged network Site recovery and NTT Management functions, build an in-depth
- understanding of strategic Site recovery business drivers and recommend solutions for more NTT
- Recovery efficient.
- Managing Converged network RAN sharing Program operations Functions, build an in-depth
- understanding of strategic Site sharing project, Operational business drivers and recommend solutions to
- become more operationally efficient.
- Managing the Operations and maintenance issues with other operators or entities such as tower sharing
- companies, etc.
- Managing, validating & controlling RAN Site dismantle memos overall process from issuance to
- completing all validations needed and Process closing Including Dismantled site NTT removal

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**PROJEC T MANAGEMENT, PLANNING AND OBJEC TIVES SE TTING**
- Identify priorities and define the needed resources to achieve objectives
- according to company targets and strategies
- Follow-up on the implementation of the annual NTT, Blocked sites, Dismantle
- Sites Process, Sharing sites operations, Operational plan and target.
- Evaluate and authorize all NTT & Site recovery, Sharing Operation and Dismantle
- sites related standards, policies and procedures.

**FUNC TIONAL MANAGE MENT**:

- Making business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable,
- justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies.
- Managing the preparation and presentation of NTT recovery reports necessary to
- carry out the function. Including Preparation and management of periodic
- meetings, Dashboards, reports, as necessary or requested for network NTT blocked
- sites recovery, special NTT recovery projects.
- Provide development road map to track NTT strategic goals accomplishment which
- aims to ensure efficient day to day NTT management aims to maintain network
- stability and sustainability
- Managing Converged network RAN sharing Program operations Functions, build an
- in-depth understanding of strategic Site sharing project, Operational business
- drivers and recommend solutions to become more operationally efficient.
- Managing the Operations and maintenance issues with other operators or entities
- such as tower sharing companies, etc.
- Making business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable,

- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested for network site sharing operational issues and database, special RAN sharing projects & provide development road maps to track RAN sharing strategic goals accomplishment which aims to ensure efficient day to day, site sharing management aims to maintain network stability and sustainability Planning & leading the execution of NTT and site sharing Operation, strategic projects, developing & proposing new technical solutions and initiatives.
- present and provide Site recovery solutions road map & allocating annual OpEx budget required for site recovery, Sharing and NTT management to maintain business continuity and Network stability.
- Demonstrating weekly, monthly executive NTT management and site sharing Operation, meetings to assure smooth work flow and maintain continuous operation, managing Site sharing and NTT related communications and blocking situations among different internal departments Such as Legal, Finance, government affairs, Marketing, security, RAN & transmission planning, Radio & Optimization,..ETC.
- Represent and evaluate NTT, Site sharing and site recovery progress for zone, country, Technology, and group level
- Defining clearly the Sharing Operation, NTT & Site recovery responsibilities and objectives for different involved teams and stockholders.
- Set Site sharing Operation, NTT management business studies, roles, solutions, documentation, database, plans and seek internal and external approvals for NTT & site recovery and sharing Operation, process enhancement and initiatives aims to minimize the number of networks down sites trouble tickets
- Initiate all technical and non-technical actions, solutions, Process and procedures aims to manage daily process follow up for site restoration with all internal / external related stockholders in terms of monitoring & follow up day to day actions correspondences, control and approvals, identify priorities and create a win-win WORK environment
- Managing, validating & controlling RAN Site dismantle memos overall process from issuance to completing all validations needed and Process closing Including Dismantled site NTT removal.
- Effectively communicating with involved companies, suppliers and operators, aims to find collaborative solutions to optimize related scope functions.
