Yalent is seeking a Payroll Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of payroll for our remote talents and ensure timely and accurate processing of their payments. You will have the opportunity to work for a company dedicated to providing outstanding services to small business owners and entrepreneurs worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for our remote talents worldwide;
- Manage all payroll-related documentation, including calculating and recording payroll taxes, benefits, and sick leave;
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
- Update and maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits;
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance departments to meet reporting requirements and ensure accurate financial records;
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries;
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and make recommendations for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 3+ years of payroll management experience;
- Solid knowledge of payroll taxes, laws, and regulations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in payroll systems and software;
- Experience working for a global organization is a plus;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
