As a Field/Frac Supervisor you will provide support for the Tubular Running Services division. You will oversee operational work to ensure pre-job checks and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will work under your own initiative to fulfill your role and meet the client’s needs.

As a Field/Frac Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Supplying a detailed operating program and discussing it with the COMPANY in order to jointly agree on the targets to be achieved with the hydraulic frac operation, the type of equipment needed and the procedures to be adopted.
- Knowing the chemical and physical characteristics of the fluids which will be used in accordance with the program agreed on.
- Guaranteeing the quality of the fluids used for the operations and being responsible for the concentration of use of various chemical products/additives
- Sueing and correcting the functioning of the surface equipment (mixing and pumping equipment)
- Coordinating the activities of personnel and interface with the corresponding position in the COMPANY’s unit
- Coordinating with the COMPANY’s representative modifications to the program established.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hydraulic frac operations
- Have at least 20 jobs in the last 2 years in the particular operative technique requested
- Have a diploma or higher (two year technical degree preferred)
- Have industry experience and product line training
- Have a thorough understanding of machines, tools, and banding materials
- Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills
