The Field Specialist provides offshore and onshore support to customers and Baker Hughes (BH) for installation, maintenance, repair, operation and decommissioning of Subsea equipment and services.

**As a Subsea Field Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Having the ability to follow and execute Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project related Procedures (PRP)
- Controlling, function testing, repairing and reporting of necessary maintenance of delivered or rented equipment
- Controlling Inventory of Baker Hughes related equipment offshore
- Performing all Pressure testing in line with installation and maintenance procedures
- Assisting and performing preparation of work, status or problem reports to customer or project
- Assisting in planning of shipping Baker Hughes equipment from offshore or customer site
- Assisting and performing Failure investigations and review of NPT occurrences
- Assisting and performing stack-up testing and participate in preparation of Installation procedures and Stack-up Testing programs
- Complying with & promoting Company and Regulatory HSE requirements and procedures as well as Quality Management systems
- Ensuring the Daily Operation Report is updated and handover to relevant offshore personnel
- Working onshore when requested by Field Service Supervisor
- Assisting with preparation of Maintenance procedures, if requested

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering / Petroleum
- Have minimum of 3 years of Subsea Field Services Operations experience.
- Have full competent with all Baker Hughes Digital processes e.g. GRID, NPT/SIRCam/Agility/EPIMS/Zinc etc (preferrable)
- Have good knowledge of appropriate Baker Hughes products and equipment.
- Have working Proficiency in written & spoken English.
- Have a proactive approach to allocated tasks, taking ownership of all aspects of the job: Equipment; Spares; Reviewing job history / lessons learned; Able to follow Procedures e.g. Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project Related Procedures (PRP).
- Have the skill and confidence to perform Troubleshooting and Repair work.
- Have the skill at discussing technical problems and solutions with the Customer.
