**Position Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase patient engagement. This role involves overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing the digital marketing team, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Strategy Development and Execution**:

- Set specific digital marketing goals aligned with the broader business objectives and create plans to achieve them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve performance and ROI.
- Marketing strategy, budget management, leadership, KPI tracking, CRM tools, digital trends (Medical Tourism sector knowledge)

**2. Team Management and Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and IT, to ensure digital marketing strategies are integrated and aligned.

**3. Budget Management**:

- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating funds efficiently across various campaigns and tools.
- Track expenditures and optimize the use of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

**4. SEO and Content Optimization**:

- Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Ensure website content is regularly updated and aligned with SEO best practices.

**5. Paid Advertising and Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve target KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in paid advertising.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.

**7. Social Media and Community Management**:

- Develop and manage social media strategies to grow followers, engage audiences, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to inquiries.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences and personalize communications.

**9. Brand Management and Compliance**:

- Ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across all channels.
- Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure all digital marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
**- Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the healthcare or medical tourism sector.
**- Technical Skills**: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and CRM systems.
**- Leadership**: Proven experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team, with strong project management skills.
**- Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
**- Creative Skills**: Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and compelling content that engages the target audience.
**- Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**- Problem-Solving**: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
**- Languages**: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages such as French are beneficial.
