Role Summary
Professional craft and conceptualization are that of a high-quality level and takes ownership and initiative in work and daily tasks, aiding in the overall high standards of the legal & local aspects. Supporting and leading projects' rollout that focus on identify key enterprise and process level risks. In addition, to governances’ projects that asses the existing control environment and support the business to continue enhance it. Not only that, but also supporting and leading an interesting ad-hoc assignment with different functions and expectation.
Role
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide advice and support local business functions in identify, assess, manage, mitigate, and monitor risks.
- Initiate and coordinate procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure remediation of identified weaknesses at local level develop and implement security protocols, this include Tmart activities as well.
- Lead with guidance of the legal country laws & internal policies the investigation of all cases & implementations of new projects.
- Support and continue monitor the Tmart activities from control and risk prospective.
- Promote risk culture and raise awareness within the local entity.
- Provide thought partnership, risk analytics (e.g. return on Risk Mitigation investments), and recommendations around remediation, Risk Mitigation, or process improvement to the local management and functional leaders.
- Support to implement global framework / methodology for governance over controls to maintain, continuously update and improve controls.
- Design and supports implementation of local internal controls together with the control owners in accordance with global ICS policies and guidelines. considering the minimum control requirements provided by the global Internal Controls.
Roll out of local policies in the local entity (together with local management) Ensure that employee´s behaviours and compliance efforts are consistent with regional and local ethical and legal standards through a different awareness programs and sessions
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 5 years of senior level experience of security management or any security-related field
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Genuine desire to provide security services with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Critical thinking and ability to make quick decisions, respond to an emergency situation and work proactively to prevent security breaches from happening in the first place.
- Should have a basic understanding of technology and how it can be used to improve security.
