- **Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.**

- **Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.**:
- **Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.**
***Customer Support**:

- **Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.**:
- **Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.**
***Qualifications**

- **Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus**
- **Minimum of**1-2 years of experience in telesales** or**call center roles** is preferred, but**fresh graduates are welcome to apply**.**
- **Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.**:
- **Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections professionally.**:
- **Target-driven with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.**:
- **Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is a plus.**:
