Set performance objectives for students and teachers.
Implement and monitoring school policies and safety protocols.
- Oversee school’s day-to-day operations and handling disciplinary matters.
Ensure the use of modern educational strategies and methods in coordination with the
Educational Guidance.
Collaborate with teachers to set and achieve high-performance goals in regards of students’
performance.
Coordinate with the Education Directorate to approve the selection of new students in first
grade.
Prepare and organize the school schedule (theoretical - practical - cultural) and follow up its
implementation with full accuracy.
Follow up on the attendance of students and send warnings and dismissals for students whose
absence exceeds the legal percentage.
Arrange with the Technical Guidance of the Education Directorate to set the mid and final term
exams.
Get approval on the results of students from the Directorate of Education.
Follow up with the General Administration of Examinations to determine the number of
students in all majors for diploma examinations annually and follow-up until the examination is
performed and the results appear and get approved.
Supervise E-government work & the institutional performance reports.
Overview administrative tasks (e.g. updating employee records).

Job Requirements

Education: Degree in Education, Master’s degree is a plus
Years of Experience: Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role and at least 5-10 years of experience in
teaching.
Language: English - Arabic
Computer skills: Excellent experience with MS Office and education management systems
