**About the role**:
The main responsibilities of the team you will join is to:

- Provide the highest level technical support on all backbone networks and platforms.
- Ensure 24x7 technical support for networks and infrastructures within the perimeter of the department.
- Improve and maintaine the quality of service of networks, systems and services.
- Ensure problem management with suppliers and engineering.
- Implement complex operations in production environment.
- Build automation for the operational network
- Develop and transfer new skills within the team
- You collaborate, in agile mode, with the Engineering, planning, deployments, security departments and as well as the customer teams in order to:

- contribute to the validation and integration phases of new services
- manage and monitor the pilot phases on the production system and network infrastructure
- solve operational problems
- You engage, if necessary, and follow vendors to solve hardware and software problems.
- You provide level 3 support to incident operational teams during on-call periods.
- You lead or participate in quality of service meetings regularly with the Engineering, Planning teams and Vendors.
- You monitor infrastructure performance and develop plans with engineering to resolve any performance issues.

**About you**:

- You have a master degree or engineering school diploma with at least 3 years' experience in the operations of VOIP service provider networks.
- You have a good technical knowledge on SIP, IP protocols and Systems technologies (Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco Videoconference and routers, Juniper routers).
- Your knowledge of automation (Python, Ansible) and Systems (Vmware, Redhat) will be a plus.
- You have an analytical mind and an ability to solve problems quickly.
- You have good communication skills in oral and written English.
- You are focused on client-focused results.
- You are interested in working in a multicultural environment, you are autonomous and ready to take up challenges.

**Additional information**:

- The VOIP expert evolves in an international and multicultural environment where English is essential to communicate with the various interlocutors. French will be a plus.
- A suitable training and upgrading program in these different areas will be offered.
