**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage Corrective Maintenance and Emergency Maintenance activities for all machines in the assigned shop.
- Spare part Management, monitor availability, consumption rate and order through SAP.
- Plan the Preventive Maintenance activities and review the PM steps as needed.
- Manage Responsiveness (Down Time, Mean Time To Repair, Mean Time between Failure); Analysis and construct appropriate action plan with the team in the assigned shop.
- Manage and follow-up the training plan for the technician team members.
- Supervise technician team, assigns their duties, monitors, evaluates and keeps records of their performance.

**Minimum Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance of similar industries
- Strong Knowledge of PLC programming/troubleshooting, Allen Bradly is preferred, along with Pneumatic circuit design/implementation and troubleshooting.
- Good Knowledge about CAD Software and Mechanical construction
- Working with PM software such as MAXIMO is preferred.
- Good Problem Solving, Communication Skills and Working Under stress ability.
- Must be fluent speaker in English and Arabic
