Ensures the smooth execution of strategic initiatives, driving project management, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities**: - **Project Execution**: Own the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met. - **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Align different departments to execute strategy effectively. - **Risk & Issue Management**: Identify roadblocks and proactively solve challenges. - **Performance Tracking**: Measure the success of strategic initiatives through KPIs and reporting. - **Process Optimization**: Improve workflows and execution frameworks for better efficiency. **Requirements**: - 2+ years in project/program management, operations, or strategy. - Experience in fintech, startups, or fast-growing industries is a plus. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. **Benefits** **Office environment**: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams. **Flexibility**: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
