**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a corporate communication strategy (Strategic Business Plan (SBP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)) including internal, external, executive communication as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and consumer relations
- Executive communication strategy and action plan for the Business Unit General Manager (GM) driving visibility and leadership on Performance With Purpose (PWP) with key stakeholders
- Actively manage relations with media to ensure right corporate positioning of PepsiCo within the community and external stakeholders
- Represent and support external engagements for PepsiCo with external bodies, government and strategic customers (e.g. industry, legal and regulatory) in partnership with Public Policy & Global Affairs (PPGA)/Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)/business leaders
- Oversee and execute all Public Relations (PR) and External communications events
- Own and drive the communication aspect of the sustainability agenda in Egypt and build proactive partnerships to drive purpose and execute new programs
- Managing Agencies and relations with NGOs and partners to further drive PEP agenda
- Liaise and manage the partnership with PepsiCo foundation regarding the joint projects in Egypt
- Drive brand communication and consumer PR for our portfolio and work closely with BU marketing team and category teams to support their cycle plan
- Own brand and corporate issues and crisis communication for countries covered:

- Ensure speedy response and management excellence;
- Pre-assessment of risk and mitigation excellence
- Measurement, evaluation and reporting for all activities
- Develop, align and manage CEO external and executive communication
- Manage and support various BU key communication projects
- Liase and coordinate the work of the Global content team members based in AMESA

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, etc.
- 10-12 years of experience working a similar role: private sector or government.
- Strong communication and PR skills.
- Strong critical thinking and strategic skills.
- Excellent communicator in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Highly proactive and able to navigate ambiguity and complexity while developing successful solutions.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail while working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions, including comfort with supporting and interacting with senior executives.
- Demonstrate ability to leverage existing resources and build efficiencies and effective solutions into PepsiCo processes.
- High-level of creative thinking and the confidence to use it.
- Problem solving skills.
- Digital communication skills.
