**What you’ll do**:
**Role Purpose**: A Radio Field Optimization Technical Lead will be a member of a team coordinated and supervised by a Senior Supervisor and managed by the Mobile NW Service Assurance Senior Manager. This position should perform job requirements without any significant guidance or supervision.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the different aspects of network testing, analysis, and optimization activities.
- Supporting Radio Field optimization senior supervisor with network analysis, recommendations and maintaining network leadership against competitors through analysing Drive test logs/statistics to identify problems and take necessary actions.
- Come up with initiatives to improve and automate Radio field optimization workflow processes with internal/external entities and cost saving initiatives.
- Provide support to Radio Field Optimization team in problem trouble shooting, analysis and network tuning through drive test logs and statistics.
- Technical lead for major projects and trials related to introduction of new techniques/vendors/ products.
- Act as mentor and holding on job training for a group of team members.

**1. Radio Optimization Tools, Guidelines and Processes**
- The Technical Lead should be familiar with functioning of all the Radio tools (TEMS, NQDI, ENM, EINQ ) and databases as well as the guidelines and processes used within the department.
- He/she should develop new automated processes/ SLAs with internal customers aiming at enhancing work process.

**2. Radio Network tuning activities**
- Act as mentor to maintain network within acceptable Grade of Service. This will be achieved by analysing DT campaigns, checking statistics, and taking proactive actions.
- Provide technical solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Analysing NTRA, Umlaut and local benchmark DT report, identifying network problems, and working on solving them to improve Vodafone Customer experience.
- Conduct drive tests for the Major roads and Cities in Egypt and identify major problems that affect the quality of the network.
- Testing solutions, new technologies that will improve network quality.
- Enhance the network performance KPIs to be superior to that of the competitors.
- Develop new methodology for enhancing his clusters’ performance.

**3. Reporting**
- Provide visibility and keep record of all activities in area of responsibility.
- Contribute to Monthly reports of the team activity.
- Produce reports for management on Radio Network/Customer Experience figures.
- Report the progress of new tools and software investigations and trials using new techniques

**4. Environmental / Legal Standards**
Perform all previously mentioned duties and tasks in compliance with the environmental standards, legal requirements governing his/her area.
