تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة
- ادارة قسم المبيعات بجميع فروعها داخل الدولة لتحقيق اكبر نسبة مبيعات.
- إقامة علاقات إنتاجية ومهنية مع الموظفين والمسؤولين عن حسابات العملاء.
- التفاوض وإنهاء إجراءات البيع والاتفاقات مع العملاء المهمين.
- رصد وتحليل نسب المبيعات وقياس الأداء واقتراح التحسينات.
- إعداد توقعات المبيعات الدورية منها الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
- إجراء البحوث وتحديد العملاء المحتملين والعملاء الجدد وفرص الاسواق الجديدة.
- تقديم حلول فعالة وفي الوقت المناسب تتوافق مع احتياجات العملاء.
- التواصل مع إدارات التسويق وتطوير المنتجات لضمان تناسق العلامة التجارية.
- الاطلاع على آخر التطورات والإشراف على إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.
- التأكد أن قسم المبيعات على استعداد للقيام بالمهام بشكل مناسب.
**مهارات اللازمة لوظيفة مدير المبيعات الوطنية**:
- الخبرة الجيدة في إدارة قسم المبيعات.
- القدرة على استخدام برامج CRM.
- معرفة جيدة باستخدام برنامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس.
- القدرة على فهم وتحليل وقياس أداء قسم المبيعات.
- اجادة مهارات خدمة العملاء والقدرة على التفاوض بشكل ممتاز.
- القدرة على إدارة فريق العمل والتواصل مع الشخصيات المختلفة.
- امتلاك المهارات التحليلية وتقديم الحلول المناسبة للمشكلات.
**متطلبات العمل في وظيفة مدير المبيعات الوطنية**:
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في المبيعات او إدارة الأعمال أو المجال ذي الصلة
- الخبرة العملية السابقة في ادارة قسم المبيعات.
- القدرة على السفر عند الحاجة.
