**Your Role: As a Junior Social Ads Specialist,**you will play a key role in planning, launching, and optimizing social media ad campaigns that drive measurable sales and contribute to overall revenue growth. Working closely with our global marketing team, you will help deliver impactful digital campaigns for various events while ensuring each campaign is executed efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) sales campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and refine ad strategies to improve results.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and communicate insights with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, budgeting, and targeting to avoid overspend and maximize ROAS.

**Requirements**:
**What We Require**:

- Hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager**, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
- Strong **analytical mindset** with the ability to interpret data and identify performance trends.
- Excellent **communication and teamwork** skills.
- High attention to detail, **reliability**, and ability to work independently in a **remote setup**.
- Proficiency in **English** and access to a stable internet connection with a quiet workspace.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in **marketing agencies, performance marketing companies, or e-commerce platforms**.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative performance analysis.
- Prior experience managing multiple ad accounts or regions.
