We are hiring in Alexandria :

senior social media Specialist

Company: Pro-Leaders - KSA

Location: Loran, Alexandria – Egypt

Work Model: Full-time, On-site

Description :

  1. Campaign Management: Proven track record in creating, running, and optimizing paid social campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, conversions, leads, or sales.

  2. Content Strategy & Creation: Experience in planning social content calendars, coordinating creatives, copywriting, and collaborating with designers or video editors.

  3. Analytics & Reporting: Skilled in tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  4. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Hands-on experience with custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing, and demographic/interest-based targeting.

  5. Budget & ROI Management: Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets efficiently, optimize spending, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

  6. Trend Awareness & Competitor Analysis: Familiarity with industry trends, social media updates, and competitor campaigns to implement innovative strategies.

  7. Collaboration & Project Management: Experience working in cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Social Media Advertising: Minimum 3 years managing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter - experience in the Saudi market is a must.

  2. Good writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

  3. Professional in using Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.

  4. Passion for working with social networking and social analytics tools.

  5. Knowledge of online marketing and an excellent understanding of major marketing channels.

  6. Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

  7. Excellent in English writing & speaking.

  8. BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Media.
